If you live within the service area, your child will be considered for enrollment. Applications are currently being accepted for ECEAP, Head Start and Early Head Start Programs. We prioritize

  • Low-income, high-needs families
  • Families below 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
  • Children with diagnosed disabilities
  • Foster Care, ICW children & families
  • Homeless children & families
  • Families receiving TANF and/or SSI

Items Needed to Apply

  • Completed application
  • Copy of the applicant’s Birth Certificate
  • Copy of the applicant’s Current Immunizations
  • Family income verification (paystubs, W2, award letter from TANF/SSI)
  • Proof of Tribal enrollment (if applicable)
  • Legal documentation (if applicable)
