Suquamish Since Time Immemorial Curriculum

Middle School

Our  middle school curriculum resources align with Washington State History course requirements for graduation. The middle school curriculum includes two units:

Treaty of Point Elliott Unit 
Culvert Case Unit (The Treaty of Point Elliott Unit is a pre-requisite to this unit)

Our middle school units have been aligned with Washington State’s Social Studies standards and may also align with state Native Literacy, English Language Arts, Environmental and Sustainability Education, Mathematics, Science, Arts, Health and Fitness, and Social Emotional Learning standards.

High School

Our high school curriculum resources align with Washington State’s Contemporary World Problems and Civic course requirements for graduation. The high school units include:

Treaty of Point Elliott Unit (pre-requisite to all other high school units) 
Suquamish Housing Unit 
Foundational Documents and Environmental Issues: Suquamish Fishing Rights

Our high school units have been aligned with Washington State’s Social Studies standards and may also align with state Native Literacy, English Language Arts, Environmental and Sustainability Education, Mathematics, Science, Arts, Health and Fitness, and Social Emotional Learning standards.

Early Learning

Suquamish Since Time Immemorial curriculum is not yet available for Early Learning classrooms.  

Elementary School

Suquamish Since Time Immemorial curriculum is not yet available for Elementary classrooms.
