Welcome
We are so pleased that you are considering accessing services at our Wellness Center. The Suquamish Tribe Wellness Center assists our community members in overcoming obstacles that hinder growth throughout their life’s journey. Many counseling opportunities are provided to accomplish this mission in the areas of mental health, substance use and problem gambling. We strive to provide culturally-responsive programs based on the unique needs of the people and community we serve. The treatment offered will continually be reviewed and revitalized. We honor each and every attempt a person makes toward achieving their full potential.
Scheduling Appointments
Please call the main office line listed on the contact page. You may also make one in person at our offices during business hours.
During business hours, available Wellness staff will make reasonable attempts to assist you, and/or your family during a crisis. Please understand that in any life threatening emergency, you will receive a more timely and appropriate response by calling 911 or the Crisis Clinic at 1-800-843-4793.
If you are a new Mental Health or Chemical Dependency patient, or have not been seen recently, an intake appointment will be scheduled to obtain preliminary information and complete paperwork. For Chemical Dependency, this must be done prior to scheduling an assessment, and will take up to two hours.
