FEB 26: Suquamish IT Dept is working on lingering internet connection issues into tribal government in the wake of yesterday’s power outage. Email delivery and other services may be impacted until internet service is restored.

Community Development
Those in tribal housing with emergency maintenance requests should call (360) 394-7128. Maintenance requests can also be submitted online here.

Community Health

Community Health staff will work remotely when possible during closures with a top priority for staff and community member safety.

  • Existing Appointments or Transports:
    Essential services, including medical transports, will proceed only if conditions allow, with staff using discretion for safety. If you have an expected appointment or transport already planned, a staff member will reach out to you directly to coordinate these efforts.

  • For medical emergencies, always call 911 first
  • Non-emergency urgent needs or questions can be directed to our front desk which is operational while working remotely at (360) 394-8469.

Elders 
FEB 26 UPDATE: Due to weather and internet outage, Elders Bingo Social has been canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Elders Lunchroom is generally closed whenever there is a two-hour delay.

Emergency Management
FEB 26 UPDATE: We are unable to connect to our department hard drive which houses all our plans.  We are able to communicate via cell phone and have our desk phones transferred to them and have access to email via cellular phone which is limited without access to our department drive.

For help during power outages or flooding, the Emergency Management Duty Officer can be reached 24/7 at (360) 394-7197.

Fitness Center
Proxy card access is generally available during opening delays and closures.

Healing House 
FEB 26 UPDATE: Healing House is being impacted by the internet outage, but are open, and we are seeing patients. Currently, patients can leave a message on the Front Desk phone, and we are returning their calls as soon as possible.

During delays and closures staff do their best to answer messages on front desk phone — (360) 394-1350 — and provide virtual visits when possible.

Human Services
FEB 26 Update: We are unable to issue vouchers at HS but open for limited services. Staff are available on cell phones.

Suquamish Police Department
Always call 911 for even the most routine police matters, concerns, or questions. Any messages left on Police Department voicemail will not be heard for some time and should never be considered a way to report anything.
