COVID-19 Housing Relief Application

The COVID-19 Housing Relief Application is designed for tenants who reside in Suquamish Tribal Housings, Elder Housings, NAHASDA Housings, Suquamish Steps Program, and Mutual Help Homeownership programs affected by COVID-19 “Stay at Home” order. Residents may be eligible for a payment options for their housing payment from May 2020 through July 2020 due to financial hardship.

- Housing Payment Deferment (This is not payment forgiveness; a payment plan will be created for repayment. Please fill out Worksheet A & B)
- Housing Payment Reduction (May be eligible for a percentage reduction of housing payment, please fill out Worksheets A & B. Also this is not a payment forgiveness; a plan will be created for repayment)
