The Suquamish Department of Community Development builds and maintains housing projects for Tribal households. There are a currently 6 Tribal Housing Developments, and an additional 7 homes built on individual sites on the Port Madison Indian Reservation.

The Suquamish Department of Community Development is in the process of building a new housing complex, near the Fitness and Youth Centers on Totten Road. The “Wooley Dog” project will add an additional 12 homes to the Port Madison Indian Reservation.
