The Suquamish Tribal Government Facilities & Maintenance Department provides the following services to tribal government:

• Preventative annual maintenance schedule on all building components, equipment, and grounds
• Electrical and lighting
• HVAC routine and emergency service
• Plumbing systems routine and emergency service
• Locksmithing
• Restroom cleaning and janitorial services
• Elders Lunchroom/kitchen maintenance
• Vacuuming and cleaning for all common spaces
  • individual offices on request
• Safety and fire code compliance
• Pest control and fumigation
• Parking lot cleaning and repairs
• Recycling and waste disposal daily
• Elevator and generator services
• Hood cleaning for all kitchens, annual fire inspections
• Alarm systems
• Park cleaning and operational services
• Tribal event support
• Emergency Operations Center assistance
• Inclement weather maintenance
• Fleet vehicle maintenance and assistance
